10-Year Limited Warranty
At ShedsVille, every shed we sell comes with a 10-year limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers qualifying manufacturing and structural defects under normal use, subject to the terms outlined below.
What’s Covered
Our 10-year limited warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Faulty materials.
- Structural faults arising under normal use.
If a covered fault occurs during the warranty period, ShedsVille will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected part or shed at no additional cost to you.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes over time.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents or external impact.
- Damage resulting from unauthorised alterations or modifications.
- Damage caused by assembly or repairs carried out by anyone other than our authorised assembly team.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided.
- Any contents stored inside the shed.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your shed has a fault covered by this warranty, please contact us by email.
To help us assess your claim, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the problem.
- Clear photographs showing the affected area.
